iFilm English Channel to air ‘The Times’

New series ‘The Times’ is set to start airing on iFilm English Channel from Monday.

Iranian series ‘The Times’ will replace the series ‘Edge of Darkness’ tonight at 18:00 GMT.

‘The Times’ directed by Hassan Fathi will be screened at the same time every evening with three re-runs of each episode the next day at 00:00, 09:00 and 15:00 (all GMT).

A short synopsis of the series reads, “When Behzad lost his dad as a young child, his uncle stepped in and provided everything he and his family needed. The uncle has played the role of a father to him. Now Behzad is all grown up and runs his own company. When he starts looking into the circumstances of his father’s death twenty years ago, new information comes to light which threatens to tear the family apart”.

The cast of the series includes Shahram Qaedi, Houman Barqnavard, Mehraneh Mahin-Torabi, Parinaz Izadyar, Roya Mirelmi, Hossein Mahjoub, Hamid Goudarzi, and Fariba Motekhasses.
